You'll manage client relationships for Biscred's sales intelligence platform in commercial real estate. You'll drive adoption and retention through onboarding, training, and proactive support. This hybrid role offers growth opportunities in a dynamic team.

- Onboard new clients with personalized training and setup.
- Monitor client usage and health metrics to reduce churn.
- Partner with clients to define success metrics and demonstrate ROI.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify upsell opportunities.
