💼 About This Role

You'll support the M&A lifecycle including financial due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition reporting for a leading live entertainment company. You'll drive strategic decisions and prepare compelling presentations for executive leadership. This role offers exposure to high-profile acquisitions in a dynamic industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform financial due diligence including quality of earnings and strategic fit analysis
• Design post-acquisition integration plans across finance, accounting, legal, and operations
• Prepare internal reports and presentations on acquisition performance and ROI
• Manage capital account reporting and partner loan balances for business partners

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 6-8 years of related work experience including public accounting
• Hands-on experience with multiple companies/legal entities and deadlines
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ability to apply accounting literature

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA preferred
• Direct experience in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
