💼 About This Role

You'll partner with customers and internal teams to design and deploy scalable AI agent architectures for enterprise voice deployments. You'll translate business requirements into technically sound solutions, owning end-to-end technical design. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery with customers and design solution architectures.
• Build rapid prototypes using AI-assisted development tools.
• Produce architecture diagrams and technical documentation for customer deployments.
• Own end-to-end technical design for enterprise deployments.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technically sound solutions.
• Experience owning end-to-end customer engagements and delivering complex technical solutions.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or JavaScript.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SIP or WebRTC.
• Experience with CPaaS platforms such as Twilio, Vonage, or Genesys.
• Experience with conversational AI, voice or telephony platforms.
