💼 About This Role

You'll support the build-up and maintenance of data acquisition and control systems for rocket testing at SpaceX's McGregor, TX facility. Your work ensures safe, economical, and reliable access to space by troubleshooting instrumentation and electrical systems. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge aerospace hardware.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain, calibrate, and repair instrumentation and data acquisition systems
• Troubleshoot and document instrumentation or system malfunctions
• Build and test electrical and electronic assemblies and components
• Wire and verify sensor health for pressure, temperature, and flow instruments

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years of experience with instrumentation such as pressure transducers or thermocouples
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
• Must meet ITAR requirements (US citizen or permanent resident)

• Experience with RTDs, strain gauges, or load cells
• Knowledge of signal conditioning and bus architectures
• Familiarity with data acquisition systems (SCXI, PXI)
