Description

You will support the Fairchild Live team in producing high-profile regional and international events for the fashion and retail industries. This role offers hands-on exposure to all phases of event production, from logistics and registration to vendor management and on-site execution, with opportunities to lead smaller-scale VIP programs.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with collaborative attitude
• Comfortable with hands-on tasks including moving boxes and setup

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sourcing, organization, and procurement of event materials and supplies
• Manage event registration platforms and on-site check-in processes
• Lead full production planning for select smaller-scale events and VIP programs
• Build and maintain relationships with venues and vendors
• Coordinate gift bag product contributions and deliveries
