🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide borrowers through documentation via phone, email, and text
• Review credit, income, and asset documentation for compliance
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Closers
• Issue compliance disclosures within required timelines

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in mortgage operations
• Experience managing a borrower pipeline with daily customer communication
• Preferably experience with FHA, Conventional, and USDA loan products
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
