💼 About This Role
You'll drive new business growth for Preply Business in the DACH market, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You'll collaborate with SDR, marketing, and customer success teams to execute an ambitious territory strategy. This hybrid role is based in Barcelona and offers the chance to shape the future of corporate language learning at a unicorn EdTech startup.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle through close-won
- Generate 50% of pipeline via outbound activities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads
- Develop strategies for closing opportunities in assigned territory
📋 Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of quota-carrying full-cycle tech sales experience
- Experience closing upwards of 15 deals per quarter with ~30K ACV
- Ability to discuss value proposition with C-level executives
- High proficiency in German and English

- Experience with outbound prospecting and product demonstrations
- Consultative sales approach and analytical skills
- Track record of exceeding sales targets in fast-paced environment
