• Liaise between homeowners, technicians, and field managers
• Update and enter job-related data in computer system
• Answer warranty questions and resolve warranty claims
• Communicate updates, appointments, delays, or reschedules

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years office-based customer service experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Proficient in MS Office 365
• Excellent data entry skills
