Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture from accredited program
• Eight years of experience in architecture
• Licensed as a Registered Architect
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360
• Knowledge of construction techniques and sustainable strategies

Responsibilities

• Perform architectural design and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Prepare reports, specifications, plans, cost estimates, and permits
• Conduct life safety and code analysis
• Visit construction sites for progress monitoring and administration
• Mentor and check work of junior staff
