💼 About This Role

You'll support Metabase's open source community by answering questions on forums and social channels. You'll help customers get insights from their data, shaping product feedback and documentation. This role lets you be the voice of customers in a truly remote, transparent company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer user questions on discourse forum and social channels
• Build relationships with customers in public communities like Reddit
• Correspond with users to understand their goals and challenges
• Collaborate with writing team on content creation and documentation

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years writing production code or administering systems
• Experience with data visualization or analytics tools
• Excellent written communication skills
• Comfortable representing the company in webinars or in-person events
