Description

You will conduct quality audits and provide oversight for the Sanctions vertical within FinCrimes operations at Stripe. Your work ensures compliance with AML/EDD/Sanctions/PEP regulations and helps improve process quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Compliance/Sanctions roles, 1+ year as Quality Specialist
• Proven track record in in-depth analysis of identity documents, address proofs, income/occupation details per regulations
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of quality concepts
• Experience identifying high-risk customers/transactions and escalating appropriately
• Thorough understanding of Sanctions, KYC, EDD, and AML regulations

Responsibilities

• Develop, research, and conduct quality audits/reviews per policies
• Draft and circulate detailed weekly/monthly QA reports with trends and remedial actions
• Support functional coaching for Sanctions associates
• Maintain documentation on QA structure, sampling logic, and coverage
