💼 About This Role

You'll design and support board-level and product-level functional test stations for Block's hardware devices in Singapore. You'll independently debug station issues, analyze test data, and drive continuous improvement in a collaborative cross-functional environment. This role offers a chance to work across EE, software, and data analysis while traveling to manufacturing sites in Malaysia, Vietnam, and China.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and debug board-level and end-of-line functional test stations
• Develop and maintain test station software with robust error handling
• Analyze test data and conduct root cause analysis of failures
• Collaborate with global stakeholders on testability requirements

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing
• Experience in Python, Labview, or similar programming language
• Ability to read schematics
• Experience with hardware lab equipment for test and measurement

• Mandarin communication skills
• Familiarity with board-level and product-level electronics manufacturing
• Experience managing contract manufacturing partners
