You'll own and grow the Southwest region for a mission-driven snack brand. You'll manage key accounts, brokers, and distributors to drive volume and revenue, while directly developing an Area Sales Manager to elevate field execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop business plan and sales strategy for Southwest region
• Manage and mentor an Area Sales Manager
• Build relationships with retailers, brokers, and distributors
• Analyze sales data to identify gaps and opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of sales experience in food or beverage retail
• Experience managing a network of brokers and distributors
• Experience directly managing a field sales team
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

✨ Nice to Have

• Snacking category experience
• Existing relationships with natural chains
• Working knowledge of field management software (Repsly, Go Spot Check)
