Description
In this role, you will ensure customers maximize value from the Sigma Computing platform, focusing on improving Net Dollar Retention through strategic account management and growth initiatives. You'll leverage your analytics expertise to guide customers, drive upselling and cross-selling, and serve as a bridge between customers and the product team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years experience in customer success or account management in SaaS/analytics/BI
- Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, and cloud analytics platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) preferred
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in high-value accounts
- Guide customers in optimizing use of Sigma Computing's analytics platform
- Develop strategies to maximize Net Dollar Retention through upselling and cross-selling
- Advocate for customer needs to the product team
- Design and deliver training sessions and webinars to increase product adoption
