You'll grow facility solutions (building envelope, energy efficiency, sustainability) for large commercial and industrial customers by evaluating existing systems and creating project scopes. You'll work with efficiency engineers and project managers to ensure high customer satisfaction and close turnkey projects. This role features 40-60% travel and a hybrid work setup in Houston.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Evaluate existing systems (lighting, HVAC, controls) and identify upgrades
- Create project scopes meeting ROI, payback, and utility incentive criteria
- Work with utility to ensure projects qualify for incentives
- Collaborate with sales engineers and project managers to develop comprehensive projects
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce preferred
- Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
