Description

You will work directly with Jewish teens in grades 8-12 to create impactful programming and coach them on running their chapters. You'll also liaise with a partner synagogue to organize teen programs and connect participants to BBYO events.

Requirements

• Must be at least 3 years removed from high school
• Live within or close to Chicago or suburbs
• Available for specific events on set dates
• Self-starter comfortable with initiative and collaboration
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work with teens (grades 8-12) to create impactful programming
• Coach teens on running their chapters and building calendars
• Attend chapter events and meetings
• Attract and retain members to grow chapters
• Organize 3-4 programs per year at partner synagogue BJBE Congregation
