You will lead a team of renewal specialists, owning the end-to-end renewals process from quote to signature. Your focus is on forecasting, tracking, and securing renewals while collaborating with Sales and Customer Success leaders to drive strategy and mitigate risk.

Requirements

  • Experience running a successful renewals management team
  • Deep understanding of renewal cycle and sales processes
  • Deep understanding of SaaS and Enterprise Sales business model
  • Data-driven with dedication to process improvement
  • 6+ years in sales/renewals management, 4+ years subscription software

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of renewal specialists
  • Lead vision and strategy of Global Renewals
  • Manage operating procedures for efficiency and impact
  • Own renewal retention forecast and report to Chief Customer Officer
  • Partner with Sales VPs and Customer Success Directors on escalated issues
