Description

You will drive customer success by maximizing Anaplan platform adoption, enhancing user enablement, and reducing churn. You'll serve as a strategic technical advisor, helping clients unlock full value from their investment while supporting renewals and growth. You'll communicate platform updates, deliver training, analyze usage data, and influence product development.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in customer success, consulting, or professional services with software adoption track record
  • 3-5+ years hands-on Anaplan model-building experience
  • Deep knowledge of Customer Success, TAM, and Professional Services roles in SaaS
  • Proven ability to create structure in ambiguous environments
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Proactively communicate platform updates and educate customers on new features
  • Identify at-risk accounts and design tailored re-engagement strategies
  • Deliver product demonstrations, hands-on training, and enablement sessions
  • Develop scalable adoption resources like guides and FAQs
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage data to improve adoption strategies
