Requirements

• 15+ years in business development or sales leadership in healthcare
• Proven track record selling to large health systems
• Established network of senior health system executives
• Experience leading and scaling sales organizations
• Success selling complex solutions (data, analytics, SaaS, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Drive new logo acquisition across top 250 health systems
• Lead sales of data/analytics solutions as integrated or standalone products
• Develop revenue/profitability goals and ensure targets are met
• Implement scalable sales strategy and supporting processes
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent
