💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale the Sales Operations / Revenue Operations function to drive predictable and sustainable revenue growth. You'll act as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, leading data-driven GTM planning and building scalable systems and processes for a fast-growing SaaS organization. This role ensures efficiency, accuracy, and accountability across the revenue engine.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own annual and quarterly sales planning including territories, quotas, and coverage models
  • Drive pipeline creation, deal velocity, and forecast accuracy through data-led processes
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with actionable insights
  • Design and run sales onboarding, enablement, and productivity programs for AEs and SDRs

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Ops / RevOps with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of SaaS GTM models including inbound, outbound, and partner motions
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot or Salesforce and sales tech ecosystems
  • Proven experience in quota planning, compensation design, and forecasting accuracy
