  • Own lifecycle strategy across email, push, and in-app messaging.
  • Audit and optimize lifecycle programs for activation and retention.
  • Design event-driven, behaviorally triggered messaging flows.
  • Build modular email design system using AI tools.
  • Partner with Product and Data to integrate lifecycle with product events.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years owning lifecycle or CRM marketing.
  • Comfortable with event-driven systems and product analytics.
  • Autonomous and thrive in a small, remote team.
  • Technically curious with HTML email and component-driven frameworks.
