Description

You will plan, coordinate, and execute country launches and regional expansions for Avetta's SaaS platform, ensuring alignment with global readiness standards. This delivery-focused individual contributor role partners with cross-functional teams across Product, Legal, Billing, Tax, Compliance, Localization, Support, and Client-facing functions to drive launch execution and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Studies, Localization, Operations, or equivalent
• 7+ years supporting country launches, global SaaS expansions, or cross-functional initiatives
• Experience across APAC, US, and/or Europe
• Understanding of localization, internationalization, and regional regulatory considerations
• Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Wrike, Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Own program management for country launches and regional expansions
• Plan and track readiness activities across cross-functional teams
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams
• Conduct readiness assessments and requirements review sessions
• Manage end-to-end launch execution using JIRA, Wrike, Confluence
