💼 About This Role

You'll write software to integrate external sensors into an autonomous vehicle system at Torc Robotics, a leader in self-driving technology. You'll perform system-level debugging, performance tuning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize real-time embedded applications for automated trucks. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge autonomous driving technology with experienced industry partners like Daimler.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write software to integrate external sensors to the system
• Perform system-level debugging and performance tuning
• Develop shell scripts and automation tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Hardware, Networking)

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 1-5+ years of experience
• Experience with device drivers and user space drivers (PCIe, DMA, Ethernet, CAN)
• Experience with Linux development in Embedded Systems, latency analysis (CyclicTest, ftrace)
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of ISO 61508 or ISO 26262
• Automotive ASPICE knowledge – V Cycle
• Exposure to Nvidia DriveOs
