💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end user journeys for CockroachDB's developer products, leading a team of PMs and driving product strategy. Your core impact is shaping developer lifecycle experiences from onboarding to governance. This role stands out with an AI-first mindset applied to both product features and PM craft.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product vision and 12-month strategy for assigned user journeys
• Drive evidence-based prioritization using frameworks like RICE
• Mentor and develop a team of Product Managers
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Design, and GTM

📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years of Product Management experience
• 3-5+ years in leadership roles managing PMs
• Proven experience in database, infrastructure, or developer tools products
• Deep fluency in user journey thinking across UI, CLI, and API surfaces
