Description
You will oversee product quality and food safety in a high-volume production kitchen, ensuring execution of new recipes and training kitchen staff. You'll implement process controls and maintain premium taste, appearance, and performance of every meal while supervising personnel and controlling costs.
Requirements
- BS degree in Culinary Arts or similar qualifications
- 5+ years experience running commissary or large restaurant/banquet/catering
- Familiarity with USDA/FDA guidelines
- Strong understanding of Paleo, Ketogenic, low-carb diets
- Lean six sigma experience a plus
