Description

You will lead the financial reporting process for Sphere Entertainment, preparing consolidated financial statements for SEC filings and managing the consolidation and general ledger processes. You will also support technical accounting research and ensure effective internal controls.

Requirements

• Proven experience in external reporting and consolidation
• Expertise in US GAAP and SEC reporting
• Strong leadership and process improvement skills
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and projects
• Experience with financial systems and conversions

Responsibilities

• Review consolidated financial statements for SEC filings
• Prepare cash flow analysis and disclosure in 10-Qs and 10-Ks
• Prepare lease, share-based compensation, EPS, and related party disclosures
• Oversee statutory reporting for subsidiaries and intercompany settlements
• Lead general ledger conversion and system implementation
