💼 About This Role

You'll serve as engineering support for our sales team, assisting with construction management and after-sales field support. You'll split time between the field and office, handling complex troubleshooting and equipment startups. This role offers extensive formalized training and mentorship in a leading HVAC company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support installations and equipment startups on job sites
• Troubleshoot issues with existing and new equipment
• Review and analyze data from installed equipment for product improvements
• Provide on-site construction trade coordination and startups

📋 Requirements

• 0-5 years of experience
• 4-year technical degree in mechanical, electrical, construction, or science curriculum
• Hands-on HVAC or electrical experience strongly preferred
• Must complete FE Exam within 6 months for engineering graduates
