Description

You will build and lead warehouse and logistics operations, managing inventory, vendor coordination, and shipping to ensure materials move efficiently from procurement to deployment across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent applicable work experience
• 5-7+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management
• Experience building or scaling warehouse and logistics programs in a growing organization
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory controls, and safety compliance standards
• Demonstrated experience developing SOPs and operational documentation

Responsibilities

• Build and lead end-to-end logistics operations including warehousing, dispatch, delivery, reverse logistics, and material handling
• Design and implement scalable logistics systems to support expanding Biohub locations
• Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety standards, and compliance policies
• Manage warehouse inventory to ensure optimal commodity levels for lab operations and site needs
• Lead vendor relationships including performance management and continuous improvement
