💼 About This Role

You'll diagnose, repair, and report on Xos electric vehicles, collaborating with internal teams to improve quality. You'll provide exceptional customer service while traveling extensively on the West Coast and into Canada. This role requires high self-reliance and advanced electrical systems knowledge.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair Xos vehicles and products
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and software teams
• Perform LV and HV electrical diagnosis and module programming
• Maintain timely case notes and repair orders

📋 Requirements

• Proven proficiency with high and low voltage electrical systems
• Associates Degree or Vocational Certificate in automotive service or 4+ years relevant experience
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Ability to travel 60-80% including cross-border to Canada

• ASE Certifications
• CDL class A or B
• Experience with commercial truck mechanical systems
