Description

Oversee daily transportation operations at a logistics field location, coordinate with site leaders and scheduling teams, and mentor direct reports to ensure efficient execution and workplace safety. You'll manage inventory movement and communicate with internal teams to meet business needs.

Requirements

• 2 years people leadership experience and 4 years logistics or supply chain experience, OR Bachelor's in related field
• Experience leading CDL drivers
• Transportation experience, including driving vehicle transporter or tractor trailer (or equivalent military experience preferred)

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transportation operations and coordinate with site leaders
• Develop site goals and ensure alignment with execution
• Review daily route schedules and address issues with planning teams
• Mentor direct reports and provide leadership development
• Ensure workplace safety standards and perform GEMBA walks
