💼 About This Role

You'll lead the People and Talent function for an AI-native frontline operations platform, advising the executive team on people strategy. You'll drive organizational design, AI-embedded process automation, and global talent acquisition. This role offers the chance to scale a high-growth company and build a tech-enabled People Ops infrastructure from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead global People and Recruiting functions (~8-10 team members)
• Design and scale organizational structure to meet business needs
• Implement AI-driven HR operations and process automation
• Drive global talent acquisition strategy and metrics

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in People Operations
• 4+ years in senior leadership within global high-growth tech
• Deep experience implementing AI-driven talent solutions
• Proven track record managing payroll and global employment compliance
