You'll join Roboflow to provide consultative technical support for enterprise customers solving complex computer vision problems. You'll act as a trusted advisor and proactive problem-solver, ensuring optimal platform use and driving customer success. This role directly influences product evolution and customer growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in support on-call rotation
• Resolve technical issues to meet contractual SLAs
• Create technical content like documentation and videos
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Implementation Engineers

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience with Linux and Networking Fundamentals (VPN, SSH, firewalls)
• Proficiency in scripting using Bash and Python
• Cross-stack troubleshooting across cloud, network, and edge devices
• Knowledge of computer vision and ML pipeline practices

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Nvidia Jetson or similar edge devices
• Previous experience in a support or field engineering role
