Description

You will own the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programs, partnering with stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Design, and Field teams to execute product vision and business objectives. Leverage your technical acumen to drive engineering programs forward, provide data-driven insights, and mentor junior TPMs.

Requirements

• 10+ years leading complex cross-functional technical programs
• 5+ years software development background
• Ability to break down engineering challenges and summarize trade-offs
• Hyper-organized with coordination across multiple work streams
• Proficient with project tracking software (e.g., Jira, Rally, MS Project)

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering programs forward leveraging technical acumen and analytical skills
• Develop strategic program management approach balancing agility and process
• Build partnerships with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders
• Mentor junior TPMs and lead by example
• Identify patterns and take action to maximize business value delivery
