🎯 What You'll Do

• Support financial planning, reporting, and budget tracking for Engineering
• Meet with engineers to gather data and understand resourcing needs
• Analyze financial data, track variances, and provide visibility to team leads
• Facilitate communication between Finance and Engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• Up to 5 years of finance or accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or engineering
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Experience partnering with engineering teams on budgeting and forecasting

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth company
• Engineering background or interest in hardtech
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP
