💼 About This Role

You'll manage assortment and inventory plans to achieve IPSY's sales and profitability targets. You'll drive pre-season plan development and in-season re-forecasting while owning unit economics and open-to-buy. This fully remote role offers the chance to work with a leading beauty membership platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build SKU-level sales and unit economics forecasts
• Partner with marketing to align promotional calendars with inventory
• Monitor months on hand and gross margins to minimize aged inventory
• Orchestrate monthly commerce events and product drops

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of analytical experience in merchandise planning or inventory management
• 3+ years managing others
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables
• Deep retail math proficiency (WOS, Turn, GMROI, Sell-through)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building driver-based forecasts for large SKU mixes
• Knowledge of pricing elasticity and cannibalization
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
