💼 About This Role

You'll provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues for a global on-demand delivery platform. You'll ensure efficient operation of systems, software, and hardware while handling office network and AV equipment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and support office Workstations and IT Equipment
• Handle IT Equipment procurement and asset management
• Coordinate meeting room VC and AV system setup
• Troubleshoot office network connectivity and cabling

📋 Requirements

• Degree or certificate in Information Technology or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in IT Technical Support
• Experience with MacOS/Windows installation and administration
• Knowledge of Networking (Firewall, Switching, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, or MCP certification
• Experience with Google WorkSpace
• Experience in Procurement for IT equipment
