Description

You will provide commercial legal and advisory support on financial products, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with local and international standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in private practice or in-house banking sector
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and cross-functionally
• Positive mentality and willingness to tackle new and changing business needs

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial legal and advisory support on financial products
• Review, vet, and draft legal documents including treasury documents, loan agreements, and security documents
• Liaise and coordinate with front and back office functions, internal control groups, and external counsel
