You'll support Sales teams by handling administrative processes and bridging departments. You'll improve order processing, CRM data management, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance client satisfaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process orders from Account Managers and manage contract renewals.
• Monitor revenue data and oversee sales administration deadlines.
• Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and escalate issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other departments to optimize processes.

📋 Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level (or MBO 4 with relevant experience).
• CRM system experience (e.g., Salesforce).
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in sales support or operations.
• Danish language skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial processes like invoicing.
