💼 About This Role

You'll join the Strategic Intelligence & Analysis team to produce scaled, rapid risk analysis for AI safety mitigations and product decisions. You'll design analytical tools and workflows to surface novel abuse patterns across ecosystems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain analytical tools and quality metrics for intelligence workflows
• Surface novel harms and abuse patterns across ecosystems
• Build rapid analysis workflows around emerging risks
• Deliver, monitor, and maintain risk tools and dashboards

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in technical intelligence or related domain
• Strong in SQL and Python for querying and transforming datasets
• Experience with anomaly detection tools such as PyOD
• Ability to turn analyses into reusable playbooks or lightweight tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Technical knowledge of AI systems
• Experience building graders, classifiers, or analytical scorecards
