You'll design and manage retention, health, renewal, and upsell programs for Attio's CRM, working with top go-to-market teams. Your core impact will be ensuring customers adopt and integrate smoothly, driving long-term success and advocacy. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead high-touch success plans for top accounts as a consultative product expert.
  • Design strategies to monitor health and drive adoption, retention, and up-sells.
  • Partner with CSMs to codify best practices and build reusable program templates.
  • Contribute to one-to-many scaled programs via email, webinars, and office hours.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • 3+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role
  • Experience coaching customers on complex software products
  • Experience building programs at early or growth-stage startups

  • Strong data analysis skills for customer segmentation
  • Experience collaborating with Sales Engineering and Support teams
