You'll lead AI strategy and develop next-gen models in NLP and deep learning for Viant's ad tech platform. You'll drive high-impact research and deploy ML at scale, processing hundreds of millions of events daily. This role offers the chance to shape the applied science roadmap and publish at top-tier conferences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and define AI strategy across products
• Conduct advanced research in NLP, RL, LLMs
• Architect and deploy scalable ML models
• Design and analyze A/B experiments

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience building and deploying ML models at scale
• Masters with two peer-reviewed publications or PhD in related field
• Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain)
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed computing

✨ Nice to Have

• Publications at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
• Ad tech experience in digital advertising
• Generative AI experience with LLMs and multimodal applications
