Description

You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements for technology and financial services clients, advise on regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and collaborate with stakeholders to structure deals balancing commercial objectives with regulatory obligations.

Requirements

• Strong academic background and eligibility to practice as a UK Solicitor or equivalent
• Proven ability to manage complex commercial contracting for technology and financial services
• Expertise in SaaS, Cloud, and FS regulatory frameworks including data governance and operational resilience
• Experience providing business-oriented advice under time-sensitive conditions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
