💼 About This Role

You'll work within the mechanical and thermal engineering organization, focusing on NPI prototyping, manufacturing fixture development, and liquid cooling technologies. You'll design future high-power ASIC systems for the platform team. This is a 12-week paid internship offering direct mentorship from industry leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop NPI prototypes for mechanical/thermal systems
• Design manufacturing fixtures for production
• Integrate liquid cooling technologies into rack-level systems

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Experience building real mechanical systems or boards
• Knowledge of board design cycle, high-speed interconnects, and power delivery
