- Handle back office tickets and provide 7x24 online enquiry and email support.
- Answer customer queries, advice, and suggestions via email or online tools.
- Collaborate with business units to document and relay customer feedback.
- Handle complaints, special cases, and ad hoc tasks as needed.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above.
- 1 year minimum customer service experience.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Personal or professional crypto experience.
