  • Handle back office tickets and provide 7x24 online enquiry and email support.
  • Answer customer queries, advice, and suggestions via email or online tools.
  • Collaborate with business units to document and relay customer feedback.
  • Handle complaints, special cases, and ad hoc tasks as needed.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • 1 year minimum customer service experience.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
  • Personal or professional crypto experience.
