💼 About This Role

You'll ensure manufacturing processes and products meet quality standards through inspections and data analysis. You'll drive quality management system compliance to AS9100 certification and lead root cause investigations with corrective actions. This role offers the chance to impact mission-critical defense technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive improvement in product design, manufacturing, suppliers, and field support
• Develop and utilize data-driven approach for product quality reliability
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective/preventative actions
• Support MRB activities and supplier inspection programs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical field
• 8+ years experience with OEM suppliers and complex hardware/software manufacturing
• 8+ years experience in aerospace/defense, automotive, or medical device quality
• Experience in AS9100 or ISO 9001 regulated environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Master’s degree in a technical field
• Lead auditor certification for AS9100 or similar QMS standard
• Experience with infrared imaging technology
