💼 About This Role

You'll manage a portfolio of SME customers, driving product adoption, retention, and growth while building trusted relationships. You'll work cross-functionally to unlock value from Airwallex's unified payments platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships and understand customers' business models and workflows.
• Identify growth opportunities using data and product usage trends.
• Educate customers on Airwallex products to drive activation and adoption.
• Champion customer needs internally and partner cross-functionally.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in account management or customer success.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
• Results-oriented mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity.
