You'll advance what's possible with AI agents at Hyperspell, building the memory and context layer for AI systems. You'll own problems end-to-end from research to production, tackling challenges like contextual knowledge extraction and smart retrieval. This high-autonomy role has outsized impact on product and company direction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the core agentic query loop within 30 days
• Build continuously updating memory networks within 60 days
• Productionize memory features and present at conferences within 90 days

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of applied ML or AI engineering
• Fluency in Python
• Clarity of thought and excellent communication
• Ability to work on location in San Francisco
