Description

You will provide desktop support for a global community of 500+ users in a Windows environment, handling hardware/software issues, managing incidents, and collaborating with teams to improve efficiency and automate tasks.

Requirements

  • Detailed knowledge of Windows 10, Windows Server 2012+, Office Suite, Office 365, Azure
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, remote access, software deployment
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite and remote support for workstation applications (Microsoft Exchange/Outlook, Office), Active Directory, and hardware issues
  • Manage incidents and requests per internal runbooks and processes
  • Provide 24x5 support and rotational on-call weekend support
  • Proactively automate common tasks to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams for strategic solutions
