💼 About This Role

You'll join the Core Team to engineer critical systems like the Transaction Ledger, IAM, and Payment Orchestration. You'll own end-to-end delivery of high-performant, scalable services that power Satispay's financial ecosystem. Collaborate across teams to drive technical excellence and mentor junior engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and evolve core platform domains like Transaction Ledger and IAM
• Optimize risk and financial engines for bank integrations and fraud detection
• Drive cross-team technical analysis and produce high-quality documentation
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to foster engineering excellence

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of back-end software engineering experience
• Deep experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and managing external dependencies
