💼 About This Role

You'll join a passionate team leveraging AI and gamification to improve safety readiness for frontline workers in high-risk industries. Your core impact will be building enterprise pipeline across EMEA, exceeding new business ARR targets. This role offers the chance to shape sales strategy at a high-growth startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and bring on board Enterprise accounts in EMEA to exceed ARR targets
  • Build strong relationships with safety executives in energy, manufacturing, and construction
  • Understand customer pain points and demonstrate how Pixaera solves them
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Growth to improve sales processes

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in an Enterprise Sales role
  • Proven track record of hitting $1M+ yearly sales targets
  • History of hitting strong retention and ARR targets
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to manufacturing, energy, or construction industries
  • Desire to help a startup scale from seed to acquisition/IPO
