💼 About This Role
You'll join a passionate team leveraging AI and gamification to improve safety readiness for frontline workers in high-risk industries. Your core impact will be building enterprise pipeline across EMEA, exceeding new business ARR targets. This role offers the chance to shape sales strategy at a high-growth startup.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and bring on board Enterprise accounts in EMEA to exceed ARR targets
- Build strong relationships with safety executives in energy, manufacturing, and construction
- Understand customer pain points and demonstrate how Pixaera solves them
- Collaborate with Business Development and Growth to improve sales processes
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in an Enterprise Sales role
- Proven track record of hitting $1M+ yearly sales targets
- History of hitting strong retention and ARR targets
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience selling to manufacturing, energy, or construction industries
- Desire to help a startup scale from seed to acquisition/IPO
